Truffle Parmesan Asparagus
Crisp-tender asparagus roasted with luxurious VIOS truffle olive oil and topped with freshly grated Parmesan for an elegant and easy side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp VIOS truffle extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with truffle olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan evenly over asparagus.
- Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts slightly. Serve warm.
