  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with truffle olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan evenly over asparagus.
  5. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts slightly. Serve warm.
