  1. Peel and pit the avocado, then mash it with a fork until mostly smooth. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado layer.
  5. Drizzle each slice with VIOS extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle torn basil leaves on top and serve immediately.
