Mediterranean Avocado Toast
Creamy avocado topped with cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of VIOS extra virgin olive oil for a fresh, healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp VIOS premium extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
Instructions
- Peel and pit the avocado, then mash it with a fork until mostly smooth. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado layer.
- Drizzle each slice with VIOS extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle torn basil leaves on top and serve immediately.
