Garlic Olive Oil Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp VIOS garlic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with garlic olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and browned.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using and toss gently before serving.
